Fieldwork Robotics has raised £298,000 in its first ever funding round to support its world-first raspberry harvesting robot. This has brought the company’s value to just over £5m, with Frontier IP holding a 26.9pc stake.
This funding will be used to accelerate and scale development of Fieldwork’s autonomous robot system which is designed to harvest delicate fruit and vegetables, such as raspberries.
