Fieldwork Robotics is delighted to announce that it has officially been awarded the Selo de Idoneidade em I&D (R&D Suitability Seal) by Portugal’s National Innovation Agency (ANI). Receiving the Selo de Idoneidade em I&D is a recognition of our technical and innovative capabilities, validating the important work we’ve been doing in Portugal.

What is the Selo de Idoneidade?

The Selo de Idoneidade em I&D is a certification issued by ANI that recognises an organisation’s capacity to perform legitimate R&D activities. In simple terms, it’s a stamp of approval confirming that our innovation efforts meet strict scientific and technical criteria.

With this seal, we are now officially recognised as an R&D-performing entity in Portugal. This status opens new doors for tax incentives, grant applications, and collaborative innovation projects both nationally and across Europe.

What it means for Fieldwork Robotics

Validation of Our R&D Team
It’s a proud moment for our team whose work now carries an official stamp of excellence.

Eligibility for SIFIDE Tax Incentives
The seal positions us to benefit from Portugal’s SIFIDE programme, which offers generous tax deductions for R&D expenses. For investors, this advantage creates an improvement of investment profitability.

Stronger Funding Opportunities
Whether it’s national innovation grants or EU-backed programmes, this certification boosts our credibility and improves our chances of securing funding to accelerate our roadmap.
